Head of Sales

If you’re an experienced Sales Leader, with a background in scaling sales teams, growing pipeline from scratch and are looking for a chance to build a business development team, then this is definitely an opportunity for you.

After growing more than 3x over the last year, we are excited to bring on board a Head of Sales to work in our hyper-growth environment! 

As VP Sales, you have one goal above all: you will refine sales strategy and be responsible for our ambitious expansion targets. Ideally you have done this before and can start implementing your vision from day 1. We are on a way to becoming market leaders in retail pricing and we are looking for a leader that would build up the sales capacity to facilitate our goal of reaching 3x growth next year. As Head of Sales, you will be

  • Scaling the team: Building up the sales capacity to facilitate our goal of reaching the next 3x growth next year 
  • Designing, implementing, and continuously improving highly scalable sales processes
  • Refining our sales strategy, and assessing our customer offering and value proposition for new customer profiles
  • Setting up and managing forecasts
  • Recruiting, managing, and retaining a high performing sales team

Requirements

  • A proven track record of building and leading scale-up, and mid-market sales teams with a focus on complex SaaS solutions
  • Relevant industry know-how and network, especially in Retail
  • You thrive in coaching and enabling your sales team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in business English, German is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Experience in startup environment is a plus
  • 4-6 years of global team management experience (teams of 6+)
