Strategic Partnerships Manager (f/m/d)



7Learnings is seeking a full-time Strategic Partnerships Manager (f/m/d). In this super exciting pivotal role, you will manage, develop, and grow the 7Learnings partner network and you have the opportunity to set up a partnership value proposition in the pricing space with your footprint on it.

Your Mission

Your scope of responsibility:

    • You will develop our partnership growth strategy and define 7Learnings specific growth initiatives. You set up a value proposition for our partner network and you build long lasting relationships with new and existing stakeholders in our markets. Your goal is to make them successful in driving revenue.
    • You will increase partners’ sales by identifying target accounts, joint account mapping, account planning,defining and positioning our solutions, joint pipeline reviews and forecasting.
    • You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing and Product team and our key partners to improve the joint offering to the partners’ clients and to execute on our common product roadmap
    • You develop and execute engagement and retention plans to keep our partner network satisfied to cooperate with us.

Your profile

You should have these experiences & qualifications:

    • You have a proven track record and experience in driving sales with strategic partnerships, enabling them for success. You have a history in building collaborative relationships with partners, growing existing relationships and building new ones. Experience with technology platforms in the pricing and retail segment is a big plus.
    • With your excellent communication skills you are able to talk across all levels of an organization & stakeholders (internally and externally).
    • You have proactive mindset and self-starter attitude.
    • Ideally you have a network in the retail software industry, consultancies or similar.
    • You speak fluent German and English
    • Ideally you are based in Berlin.
