Partner Manager, B2B SaaS (m/f/d)

You are an experienced B2B SaaS sales manager and you would like to work in a high pace environment? Are you looking for a dynamic, highly motivated team with diverse backgrounds? Then this is definitely an opportunity for you.

After growing more than 3x over the last year, 7Learnings is seeking a full-time Partner Manager to join us in pushing the limits of our sales engine. 

As Partner Manager, B2B SaaS (m/f/d), you will identify, acquire and develop new sales partners for 7Learnings. You will actively shape our partner and go-to-market strategy

This is a fast-paced role where you are able to own your own success. It is the perfect stepping stone to become a Sales Executive as you help build the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales partners and therefore, actively expanding our partner network in Europe (focus DACH and UK)
  • Pitching our solution and introducing our partner program
  • Actively shape our partner program and value proposition to new partners
  • Develop existing partners and identify opportunities for lead generation 
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Help shape the direction of the operational strategy and optimize sales processes

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting, consultative B2B selling or enterprise sales
  • You conduct impactful presentations and have a consultative sales approach
  • You are strong, positive, and resilient
  • You go out your way to engage new client relationships
  • Excellent English language skills
  • 2-4 years of experience from retail or/and eCommerce would be a plus
  • Good German language skills would be a plus
