Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This contest is open to any attendee of the specific event that game takes place at who completes the Profit Uplift Calculator form provided by 7Learnings and fills out the required personal information (name, company, and email address) to receive their results via email. Participation in this contest is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Duration:
The contest begins on the first day of the specific event that game takes place at and ends on the final day of the event. Entries submitted after the closing day will not be considered. The winner will be selected no later than two weeks after the event concludes.

3. How to Enter:
Participants must enter the contest by completing the Profit Uplift Calculator form and submitting their personal information as described in point 1.

4. Prizes:
One winner will receive an Amazon voucher valued at €100. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen through a random draw conducted by 7Learnings from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

6. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7. Data Protection/Privacy:
All personal information collected from participants will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data (name, company, and email address) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and will not be shared with any third parties without the participant’s explicit consent.

8. Liability and Laws:
7Learnings is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to server functions, technical issues, or any other reasons outside of 7Learnings’ control.

9. Changes and Termination:
7Learnings reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest if circumstances arise outside of its control.

10. Agreement to Rules:
By participating in this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. All decisions made by 7Learnings in regards to this contest are final and binding.
