Working student- Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)




As Sales Development Representative, B2B SaaS (m/f/d), you have one goal above all: to identify potential customers and to land us the first call. Your mission is to attract the interest of leadership members as C-level executives, pricing managers, etc. As a part of our Growth team at 7 Learnings, we will build you into a revenue-generating machine with the skills necessary to build the highest quality, quantity, and velocity of sales opportunities.

This role is a great way to develop your career in the SaaS technology sales & Startup world. You will gain skills that will stick with you throughout your career in sales and beyond. It is the perfect stepping stone to becoming a Senior closing rep as you help build the Sales team.


  • Finding creative ways to start the first conversation with key decision-makers to pitch our solution
  • Quickly developing an understanding of our product and the application to specific customers

  • Driving outbound lead generation efforts, field inbound leads

  • Providing accurate weekly forecasts on new prospects

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


  • Proven track record of successfully developing and closing direct clients OR strategic partnerships

  • Understanding of the digital landscape and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast-paced technology company

  • Highly self-organized and able to manage a large list of potential clients

  • Experience in prospecting via LinkedIn and email

  • Think like an owner, and demonstrate drive, initiative, energy, & a sense of urgency

  • Teammate mentality, easy to work with, creative, and quick on the spot thinking

  • Excellent German language 

  • You want to work in a multinational, result-driven, and appreciative environment.
