Today, with our predictive pricing software, retailers can optimize prices and radically simplify their pricing processes. Our customers include leading European retailers such as ABOUT YOU, Mister Spex and reBuy. 

As a Growth Marketing Manager, your main goal will be to fuel our sales pipeline with high quality leads. You will be responsible for planning and executing lead generation strategies, and you will implement your campaigns and tools in tandem with our marketing team while working closely with the management.  

What we need your skills for:

  • Develop a state-of-the-art Growth KPI framework and dashboard and use it to track and optimize performance, ensuring we meet our ambitious lead acquisition targets
  • Automate lead qualification and be the link between marketing & sales
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and generate demand with ongoing feedback loops
  • Experiment to fuel our growth: continuously trial new approaches and try out new inbound and outbound channels to address our target audience – test 3+ channels per quarter extensively and identify the 1-2 most profitable and promising channels for further scaling

What we are looking for

  • A highly analytical mindset
  • Excellent English skills – good German language skills are a plus
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in marketing, sales operations, business development or consulting
  • In-depth experience in creating and managing lead acquisition campaigns via digital channels (especially email, Google, LinkedIn) in the B2B sector is a plus
  • Strong familiarity with state-of-the art lead generation; continuous expansion of knowledge and skills in the field
  • Experience with implementing, tracking and connecting various tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, email automation, conversion and behaviour tracking, Hubspot, Google Data Studio, Zapier, etc.)
