We are looking for Working Student Growth Events (f/m/d; flexible semi-remote; 20 hours weekly). Join a fast growing globally oriented technology startup. In this role you will face challenging, technical tasks across business functions and gain insight into the development and innovation processes of a fast-growing technology company.

About you
- Experience in online events and conferences
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office
- Peoples person with excellent organizational & problem solving skills
- Growth mindset, you own challenges and projects and are willing to go one step further than expected
- You have excellent English language skills
Your role
This position offers you an insight into several fastly growing industries (eCommerce & AI) in general and understanding the community building of a B2B SaaS company in particular. As a team member of the sales and marketing team, you will assist our growth manager with internal and external events.
Your tasks:
- Support on setting up and streaming of our community events
- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Manage and coordinate external event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
- Manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers
- Research opportunities for new events.
- Assisting in the creation of data visualizations for internal as well as for external reports and presentations
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
Remember: we’ll be giving you plenty of guidance, support, and higher-level objectives, but we don’t micro-manage. We’ll set goals together, but we trust you to figure out the best ways to achieve them!
