Content Marketing Manager, B2B SaaS (m/f/d)

We have a big, audacious mission to become market leaders in pricing. This role will be at the heart of this effort. As Content Marketing Manager, B2B SaaS (m/f/d), you will act as the central owner of content production machine that will inspire, guide, bring back, and convert our customers. Ultimately you will create exceptional content that retail executives will read continuously.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving business results in a cross-functional setting, experience in building world-class consumer products, a strongly analytical and hands-on mentality, and an affinity for engineering and data science products.

How you’ll add value:

  • You will work in an OKR-driven team and drive prioritization on problems and opportunities to explore in regards to content we produce and PR.
  • You will refine our vision for Content at 7Learnings and build a content production roadmap to unlock increased customer engagement.
  • You will be writing content briefings for our external team. You will lead group of freelance content writers and graphic designers who will be producing longform blogposts, case studies and videos. Together you will produce high-quality content for different stages of the funnel. Including articles, eBooks, blog posts, press releases, case studies, presentations, and content for our website.
  • You will help define business requirements for recommendation and personalization strategies, and establish scalable content production processes and feedback loops.
  • You will serve as an exemplary advocate for company’s tone and mission. You will act as thought leader on what good content looks like. 
  • You will own and drive content performance by setting up consistent content tagging, cross-channel tracking, systematic monitoring of competition and best practices, content gap identification, and continuous testing.  You will be championing the increased use of data visualization, video and audio.
  • You will measure and improve content performance. Create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter analytics tools.
  • You will work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have an editorial mindset with focus on the audience. You constantly look for new ways to engage and grow.You love for technology and translating it to different audiences. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity, including freelancers and agencies.
  • Are results-oriented. You have proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure.
  • Have extensive relevant experience, preferably incl. 2–3+ years in a technical role and prior experience in high-growth tech companies. Prior exposure to content management and PR is highly desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills and organizational competencies. You are able to distill complex information into easy-to-understand concepts. 
  • Have Social media know-how and SEO expertise
  • Excellent English language skills. German language is a plus
  • Understand key principles of UX design,  HTML and CSS and website design (especially using WordPress) is a plus
  • Want to work in a multinational, result-driven and appreciative environment
